RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Legal Basis and Period
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer regarding distance sales contracts, our customers have the right to withdraw and request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. While we strive to facilitate our customers by setting this period to seven (7) days, we fully respect any customer who chooses to exercise their statutory right within the 14‑day timeframe.
2. Return/Exchange Conditions

Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and a return form or written request including the order number.

If a package appears damaged upon delivery, inspect and open it in the presence of the carrier’s representative and request a damage report; otherwise, the carrier’s liability is deemed accepted.

Opened, installed, used, or otherwise physically altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return/Exchange Procedure

The customer must notify us of a return or exchange request within seven (7) days by emailing ofis@zmogroup.com or submitting the “Return & Exchange” form on our website.

For approved requests, the customer is responsible for shipping costs; in cases of technical defects or incorrect shipments, we cover the shipping fee.

Once the returned item is received at our facility, we will process the refund or exchange within ten (10) business days.
4. Refunds and Credit Card Transactions

Refunds to bank transfers (EFT) are completed within two (2) business days after approval; credit card refunds depend on your bank’s processing time and may take three (3) to six (6) weeks.

For installment purchases, refunds are credited back to your card as a positive balance; you may need to contact your bank’s card services for details.
5. Warranty and Authorized Service
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or official distributor service centers. For manufacturing‑related malfunctions not covered by the return process, please contact the authorized service provider.
6. Exceptions
The right to return/exchange for parts that are used, damaged, worn, deformed due to factors such as dirt, rust and stains is limited and subject to legal regulations.
